Development is the systematic use of scientific and technical knowledge to meet specific objectives or requirements, encourages us to bring the outside in and learn from others, and to ask for and give feedback, so we can continually grow as individuals, teams and as an organization.

Teamwork is the collaborative effort of a group to achieve a common goal or to complete a task in the most effective and efficient way, about all of us working better together on aligned objectives, understanding how our work contributes to our Innovation, Performance and Trust.

Rabepharma's adopted all the SDGs as its core policy due to Good health is essential to sustained economic and social development, and poverty reduction.
It will achieve that, through applying all the requirements of cGMP in all stages of management of producing medicines from Procurement till service after sell.

Rabepharma was established to be the first national manufacturer of medical products that intends to take responsibility for providing the right, effective and safe drugs at a reasonable price by highly skilled national people who are able to apply all cGMP requirements at all stages.
It will be established to be the center of R&D for generate new drugs and to be faced all the challenge of this sophisticated industry.

Rabepharma's creating plans, setting goals and objectives, making decisions, and coordinating and evaluating the work to help the general African's market and specifically a Local market by national producer for the right, effective and safe drugs at a reasonable price. It will strive to activate its R&D to cover all pharmaceutical shapes and most required pharmaceutical groups.
